Service agreement: *
All clients considering counselling will have an initial assessment. This will provide the opportunity to evaluate your therapeutic needs and for a therapist to propose a personalised treatment plan (best course of action). If you choose to begin therapy and are happy to proceed, you will receive a counselling agreement. We will ask you to agree to this contract with your counsellor. The contract outlines payable fees, client confidentiality and expectations of both the client and practioner. Of course, you may choose to end at any time. However, we would ask that you give us the required notice and also suggest that you attend a final session. This is because therapy can be difficult and is good to end in the most helpful way possible. If you need to end abruptly for any reason, we welcome you to attend a final session at a later date. For all other services, if we are unable to provide safe and ethical support we will sign post you to a more suitable service provider, upon request.
General cancellation policy: *
In common with most professional services are practitioners or self-employed and therefore need to manage their diaries efficiently we therefore operate a strict cancellations and rescheduling policy and require all clients to give a minimum of two business days notice to cancel or reschedule. Therefore no refunds or credit notes will be provided, if sufficient notice is not given.
