"Sasha had a group session available where the focus was on understanding and dealing with Anxiety and Depression. I don’t struggle with any of these issues personally however I have a number of people close to me that do and so I saw it as a great opportunity to invite them and attend for support. I found the session to be extremely informative, I loved that she encouraged engagement and that as a group we had to support each other and share our understanding.
